Meet the Team - Jeff's Automotive

Rio Harbour

Rio came aboard 5 years ago and was transplanted from Arizona. He originally hails from Illinois growing up cleaning transmission cases in his family’s transmission shop. Rio has been involved in the auto repair industry most of his life and brings a strong knowledge of auto repair with him. Rio specializes in the electronic and computer system and is an ASE master certified technician. Rio is driven to exceed expectations and his craftsmanship is second to none. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, climbing, kayaking and spending time with his son.

Zach

Started in the family business at a very young age going to work with his dad (Jeff) on Saturdays. Zach has worked through every position in the shop including service advisor. He also attended Sinclair for Automotive Technology. In 2014 he took over the business operations and in January 2018 officially purchased the business. In his free time he enjoys spending time at the lake with his wife and family.

Jeff Eggleston

Former owner Jeff is retired and taking full advantage of his time. When the weather permits he can usually be found on his bicycle on an adventure somewhere. He also enjoys spending time with his many grandchildren. Jeff is also very active in many civic organizations and events. You may catch a glimpse of him around the shop from time to time or at most any New Carlisle event.

Chad Pence

Chad has been with Jeff's since 2018 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him as well as jokes. Chad started in the industry straight out of high school in 1994. He is an ASE certified technician and has 24 years experience. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs.

David

David has been with Jeff's since 2020 as a shop intern through Sinclair's Automotive Technology Program. He graduated in 2022 and took a full time position with us. David's work ethic and attention to detail is sure to guarantee a bright future and we are glad to have him and be a part of his growth in the industry. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family.

Jerry

Jerry is the newest service advisor at Jeff's. He has 25 years of automotive experience. Jerry started his automotive career while he served in the Army and has been in the industry ever since. He is also a Certified ASE Service Consultant and is scheduled to start the Elite Masters Service Advisors Training Program through Elite Worldwide this year. In his free time he enjoys Spending time at the lake with his wife and daughter and attempting to be an accomplished wakeboarder.

Tony

Tony has been with Jeff's 2 years. He comes with over 20 years of automotive experience. Tony has a passion for classic hot rods. In his free time he enjoys working on his 1970 Chevy Nova, camping and spending time with his wife, children and very first grandchild.
