I had a great experience using Jeff’s Automotive. My Jeep was having issues, but the check engine light wasn’t coming on so there was no way to try to figure it out on my own. I was able to promptly schedule an appointment on their website and drop it off after hours for the next morning appointment. Jerry called me that day letting me know it was a bad transmission. Even though that was hard and shocking news for me to take in, he was very polite and professional in explaining what issues found during inspection, the price of putting in a new transmission, and that it would be covered under warranty. All work was done promptly and efficiently with great customer service!
