This is a LONG review, but it’s honest & it’s worth the read if you’re considering using this company for auto repair! I traveled from Somerset, KY to Medway, OH. When I returned to my truck after going inside a local business, the truck wouldn’t hit a lick!! I Googled auto mechanics in the area and Jeff’s Automotive was the first one listed in Google. I called them and explained my dilemma. I wanted to make sure I could leave truck with them and go home to Ky, then return to their shop once it was fixed. The young man stopped me and said, “Don’t rent a car or anything like that just yet. I’m going to order a starter and have it here when the tow truck drops you off. We will do our best to get you going back home today before the snow storm hits!” They took very good care of me and deserve every single dime I paid them for the repair. They aren’t crooks and they are genuinely good people. In today’s world, that seems to be increasingly rare.

These guys are top notch. Excellent customer service, they never try to sell you something you don't really need. They have always found a way to work me in when I'm in a pinch. I will not go to anyone else and would (and have) recommended them to anyone I know!

Have taken my vehicles to Jeff's for about 25 years. Different makes and models. Was gone for about 8 years and just recently can back to Jeff's for an oil change. Quick, clean and very efficient as they always were. More enjoyable to deal with than a dealer that is constantly pestering you to add extra unneeded services. If there is any other noticeable issues, they will let you know.

Jeff’s estimate was accurate and had job completed on time my vehicle has been serviced several times with no problems always completed correctly.

Highly recommend! Awesome service response, expert knowledge, reasonable prices are the reasons I have been a long time customer.
