I highly recommend Jeff’s Automotive. This was my first time going there for a car repair, and it was a total breeze and they did a great job. I’ll definitely call them again next time I need a repair done. They were quick, professional, answered all my questions, didn’t pressure me, and best of all, they were the most affordable quote I received AND they got the repair done the same day. They also had a free loaner vehicle I was able to use. I also want to give Jerry kudos! He was “face” of the shop; he’s the one who walked me through everything, got me scheduled, got me set up with the loaner car, etc. etc. Jerry was really kind and made me feel at ease about a pretty big (to me) repair. I replaced the fuel pump twice in my ram 1500 and both pumps failed with in a week of each other. Jeff’s diagnosed the problem and apparently Rock Auto sent the wrong pump twice to me. Thanks to Jeff’s auto the problem was repaired and I had my truck back quickly. Definitely recommend there repair shop and very friendly staff!!

I was told by the oil change place that I needed all 4 brakes serviced. Brought it to Jeff’s who said the brake pads will do me probably until spring. I didn’t need them serviced yet. I so appreciate the folks at Jeff for watching out for us!! Thanks for your honest service! 5 stars!!! DW

I’ve been going to Jeff’s for a number of years now. They always take good care of me and my car. If I need to drop the car off, they’ll run me back home or provide a loaner car. Or they are happy to let me wait if I’m just getting an oil change. Always honest and upfront with everything, and that means a lot in this day and age. I appreciate them keeping me and my little Ford on the road…
