Since I have gotten older and vehicles have become more complex, I can no longer do all the work myself. 2019 F150 was towed in to replace broken spark plug. Was originally quoted almost $5,000, as they couldn't extract it. Eventually was able to extract broken plug and finish spark plug replacement for a fraction of the original quote. They could've gone ahead with original cost and I wouldn't have known any different... integrity. Thank you Jeff's Automotive for your honesty, and thank you Jerry for your help.

I had been a Jeff's customer for several years when I experienced an unusual problem with my 1969 Mustang.I had a steering issue which was determined to be caused by road damage to my rack and pinion unit. The owner of the company that made it had retired. Fortunately for us ( me and the car ) Jeff's service manager Jerry was able to talk the owner into going back into his shop and turning out a replacement system which works great. I doubt that most shops would have gone that extra mile Thanks guys, Jay Krumholtz
