Huge shout out to Jerry at Jeff’s Automotive he has amazing customer service skills. No only did he work my car in the same day I called, but gave ma a loaner to use as well so I wasn’t stranded. I don’t trust anyone else to work on my car.

My truck was making an unusual noise in the front end. They got it in right away and started checking it out. It was a complicated issue but they got it figured out pretty fast. It was a big repair and they got it fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. They let me know what was going on the whole time. My truck was ready to go when they said it would be. I highly recommend Jeff's Automotive for any service or repair you need.

I appreciate their taking care of me with my wiring/trailer issue. Turned out embarrassing for me as wiring was ok. My mind was made up to come back and use there services. Then was blessed to find out ,no charge. WOW Upon returning home received phone call from Jeff's asking if lights still worked. Never have I had a auto shop to do a follow up phone call.

Jerry and the guys always take care of me! They're super friendly, have driven me home after dropping my car off, and always keep me up to date when my car is in the shop. Perfect local place to support!

Those gentlemen's did a outstanding job on my car specially since I had a problem of other people working on my car. Me and my dad always did it together but he ended up getting dementia and I'm so glad that those gentlemen's understood . What I was going through. they walk me through the delail that need done. And send me the vehicle inspection score they showed me things that I need to have done now and things that can wait which that was great. The dealership doesn't even do that. And I want to say I really appreciate the door greeter she checked me out to make sure I was good to go🐶 so guys you did a fantastic job thank you so much and I know my dad would agree with me I will return 🚗 Joanna

Great service, friendly staff, and they worked quickly to fix my car. Even went above and beyond by providing me with a loaner car while mine was getting fixed. Can’t say enough good about this shop!! I will continue to take my vehicles there for repairs!
