They are always very helpful and friendly. They provide you with a report card for your car of things that need to be fixed asap and things that should be fixed soon/next time. It is very helpful.

My 2006 Suburban lost 3rd gear needing a new transmission! The great mechanic, Chad at Jeff's did a fantastic job! The transmission came in when promised , put it in on Thursday, and finished by 4pm so I picked it up Friday morning! I love the communication from begging to end. They care about the customer!!

We have brought 2 of our daughters cars to Jeff's Automotive in the last year or so. Jerry at the front desk is always very nice and doing his best to help us out with pricing, without sacrificing safety and a quality repair to the vehicle. I would absolutely recommend bringing your car to this good group of guys. And i gotta give a shout out to Jerry's dog, Nori. (hope i spelled it right) lol...I love spending a few mins with her each time I'm there. Sweet pupper

Jerry is awesome. Its been over a year since my brakes were done here and my rotors became warped. I didnt know what to do, so I called jerry answered and he let me know that my stuff is warrantied for 3 years! Not only did they replace the rotors but the brake pads as well. Needless to say the customer service is fantastic! Not people people nowadays have this level of customer care.

I had a great experience using Jeff’s Automotive. My Jeep was having issues, but the check engine light wasn’t coming on so there was no way to try to figure it out on my own. I was able to promptly schedule an appointment on their website and drop it off after hours for the next morning appointment. Jerry called me that day letting me know it was a bad transmission. Even though that was hard and shocking news for me to take in, he was very polite and professional in explaining what issues found during inspection, the price of putting in a new transmission, and that it would be covered under warranty. All work was done promptly and efficiently with great customer service!

I’m a new customer to Jeff’s Automotive and just having been there two times was all it took for me to chose them as my new service center. They are extremely polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my own personal schedule and needs. Both times I’ve been they have been able to squeeze me in and have done very well at being upfront and transparent with costs and services. Their communication has impressed me as well. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already.

As a brand new customer, I’m extremely pleased with the workmanship and labour the staff did for me. On Thursday I called to get 2 new tires for my van, they were able to get me in the next day (Friday) and finish the job just in time for me to clock in at work! I have read so many great comments for almost a year about Jeff’s. Im so glad I made the phone call too. 100% happy with my service. Oh, one more thing, “Jerry is awesome.” Thank you so much! I’ll be retuning to you guys for the absolute best service.
