The individual who worked on the car was careless and did not know much about the model of the vehicle. They replaced radiator but did not put the skid plate back on. I use the truck for hunting so the first time I’m in the field I damage bot the coolest radiator and the air conditioning radiator. They ran diagnostic on the car and cause an alert on the dash which they could figure out how to clear. Now they are not returning calls.
Thanks for the feedback Jim. On further investigation looking back at our initial inspection that the shield you are referencing was in fact missing before we started repairs. The pictures we took prior to repair clearly shows evidence that your condenser and radiator were damage before it came in and the shield was missing. I'm sorry you believe it was our shop that left it off. We have a well documented history of taking care of issues caused by our shop and in this case I do not feel we were in the wrong. Thank you for your business and hope to be able to move past this issue and service your vehicles again.
