Five Star I am a mechanic skeptic. I don’t trust most garages, I have been scammed by many of them in the past so I have leaned to do my own work. The only problem is time to do it. My daughters car was having engine and front end issues. My wife suggested this garage because she met a young man named Tony Conley and she thought he was a very honest and reputable person. Tony advised he worked at Jeff’s and explained how easy it would be to bring the vehicle and drop it off for repairs, and he was right. We dropped it off and filled out the paperwork. Honestly I didn’t think i would hear anything for a few days, but the next morning I got a call from Jerry up at the garage. Jerry called to discuss the issues, he sent a complete diagnostic check of the vehicle, and he discussed what needed urgent attention and what could wait. Jerry was very professional and very honest. I felt comfortable enough to have the work done so I agreed to move forward with the repair. I again did not expect to hear from them for a few days but the very next morning the vehicle was ready. The car is driving great for my daughter again, thank you Jeff’s Automotive for a very professional job and very honest and professional service technicians!!!!!

I had my car towed here after it broke down on the side of the highway. After diagnosing what was wrong, they checked with the manufacturer and found out that the problem was covered under an extended warranty I didn't know about. They called me and recommended I have my car towed to a dealership where the repair would be covered. Jerry was exceptionally helpful, kind, and ethical. Would recommend Jeff's Automotive to anyone without hesitation and I'll be coming here again!

I called on a Friday to get my oil changed. They were able to get me in the following Monday. They did a total inspection of my car and suggested I rotate my tires and flush my transmission. They even found and fixed a mistake the dealership had made. They were able to get that done the following day. They kept me up-to-date with other issues they found, which raised their quoted price, and got my consent before they proceeded. During previous work, they provided me with rides to and from work, which was a life-saver! I appreciate them, their hardwork, and their honesty.

I have takin my car here on multiple occasion for different repairs, they are very professional, they always get my car in quick and they genuinely care about their customers. Jerry at the front desk is the perfect person to have greeting the customers he treats everyone like family and always ask about how my grand babies are. Installed Michelin CrossClimate2's on the wife's Terrain, what an incredible improvement! Traction in wet and snow is superb, braking and stability on snow covered roads are so much better, highly recommended these for winter 👌

We took my brother's 20 yr old Chevy truck to Jerry @ Jeff's Automotive to solve an immediate issue. The service was performed swiftly and professionally at a reasonable cost! While he had the truck, I asked Jerry to look it over and give me an estimate of all maintenance and repairs the truck needed to be able to pull a small RV. He got back to me a short time later with the list of items and explained each one. Jerry was very professional and treated me with respect. Although we are not going to have the work done on my brother's truck (the list was LONG :) ) I wouldn't hesitate to bring another vehicle to Jerry @ Jeff's Automotive for maintenance or repair.
