I brought my Suburban here to get an alignment. I was treated nice. My alignment was done quickly and accurately. The wait time was very reasonable (especially considering that I did not have an appointment). I will recommend this place to any friend who lives in the area.

I was traveling home to Columbus OH from Wisconsin when my car broke down on interstate 70 just outside of Springfield. Not knowing where to have the car towed I just pulled up car repairs on google and chose one. And I am so glad that I chose Jeff’s automotive! Jerry went above and beyond helping me find tow trucks, talking with the kia delearship, researching if the repair was under warranty, and eventually helping me getting it towed to the Kia delearship nearby. Even letting me hang out in the office until someone from Cbus was able to come pick me up. Thank you so much for making a highly stressful situation manageable!
