Jeff's performed two repairs on our Subaru Outback recently, and both jobs went incredibly well. The second job was an unexpected problem with the cooling system and when we dropped off the Subaru my assumption was that we would need to wait several days before the job could be performed since we gave Jeff's no heads up until the car showed up at their door. The radiator was a special order item and when they informed me only two days later that the Subaru was ready for pick up my jaw just about dropped. If I had dropped off the car at another garage near my house in Tipp City,.well, it would have been a week before it were repaired. JEFF'S CARES ABOUT YOUR TIME.

I had a pesky electrical/transfer case issue with my Grand Cherokee and they promptly found the issue and corrected it. Jerry was great to work with and they got my vehicle in quickly, didn’t have to wait several days or a week like some places. Highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer if the need arises!

Five Star I am a mechanic skeptic. I don’t trust most garages, I have been scammed by many of them in the past so I have leaned to do my own work. The only problem is time to do it. My daughters car was having engine and front end issues. My wife suggested this garage because she met a young man named Tony Conley and she thought he was a very honest and reputable person. Tony advised he worked at Jeff’s and explained how easy it would be to bring the vehicle and drop it off for repairs, and he was right. We dropped it off and filled out the paperwork. Honestly I didn’t think i would hear anything for a few days, but the next morning I got a call from Jerry up at the garage. Jerry called to discuss the issues, he sent a complete diagnostic check of the vehicle, and he discussed what needed urgent attention and what could wait. Jerry was very professional and very honest. I felt comfortable enough to have the work done so I agreed to move forward with the repair. I again did not expect to hear from them for a few days but the very next morning the vehicle was ready. The car is driving great for my daughter again, thank you Jeff’s Automotive for a very professional job and very honest and professional service technicians!!!!!
