I had a very positive experience at Jeff's from scheduling my appointment, the communication, and even the flexibility on picking it up. I felt like the pricing was very fair and affordable, I would certainly recommend Jeff's Automotive to friends and family. My issue was specific to a dead computer in the car, which meant my car was dead in the water until it was diagnosed, replaced, and reprogrammed. Thanks for getting me back on the road quickly and affordably! I worked with Zach for all of the communications, he's got it down over there!

If your looking for Honest, reliable and great service, this is the place to call. Jerry was upfront with the costs of all my repairs, called me before doing any work to get my approval and talked to me on what would need fixed in the future. I’ve dealt with a lot of mechanics for over 30 years, don’t be like me and wait that long, give Jerry a call at Jeff’s and the search for great work at a great price will be over for you.

Jeff's performed two repairs on our Subaru Outback recently, and both jobs went incredibly well. The second job was an unexpected problem with the cooling system and when we dropped off the Subaru my assumption was that we would need to wait several days before the job could be performed since we gave Jeff's no heads up until the car showed up at their door. The radiator was a special order item and when they informed me only two days later that the Subaru was ready for pick up my jaw just about dropped. If I had dropped off the car at another garage near my house in Tipp City,.well, it would have been a week before it were repaired. JEFF'S CARES ABOUT YOUR TIME.
