Wonderful service and such a professional team. It would be nice if you could update the health reports you send out though. The report shows things that need taken care of with red checks...but since you just took care of those items shouldn't they show green with maybe a mention that you just took care of those items? I find the report not useful because I better know what you did and did not take care of or I would find it confusing.
